The rooms supposedly had coffee machines, a blatant lie! out of three rooms booked, only one had a robe. the tvs liked to play a game of 'on-off' repeatedly, not entertaining, i assure you. breakfast was a chaotic mess, with cutbacks clear and obvious. A single waiter was doing everything, causing delays, and the coffee machine looked to be dispensing hot water masquerading as coffee. The continental breakfast was served on paper plates, a downgrade from what i'd expect.

The hotel location is excellent due to its proximity to the Underground station. The station is directly across the road. The ease of access to Heathrow terminals is a significant advantage. I appreciated the availability of the leisure facilities.
The parking charges seemed rather high, at £16 per night.

albert and jass assisted with our luggage and printing. the hotel maintained a clean, inviting lobby. the restaurant onsite had really kind staff.
the hotel did not provide complimentary bottled waters. a costa coffee is located at the nearby petrol station.

hatton cross underground station is opposite the hotel and provides convenient access to central london. the location is very close to the airport; i was able to reach terminal 2 quickly. it's handy.

the hotel offered direct bus access from heathrow terminal 4. the bus, number 490, stopped just a short 7-minute ride away. my room was clean and quite spacious, and i found the beds comfortable. early check-in was available, and the staff were very helpful upon arrival.
the breakfast area seemed disorganized with slow restocking. this was likely because of staff shortages!

I found the rooms to be spacious and comfortable for my short stay. The swimming pool was a great bonus. I enjoyed a refreshing swim. My family and I thought the restaurant selection offered more than enough choices for both breakfast and dinner. I must say, the kids (7 and 4) loved it!!!
I found that the underground carpark had no clear road markings or proper signage. It was quite confusing. More defined directions would be helpful.

Our Standard Family Room included comfortable beds and fresh toiletries, I must say! There was adequate space for luggage and personal items for all of us. The air conditioning worked efficiently, which kept the room at a perfect temperature.
